The Clarity Report is what sets Ketchup's monthly bookkeeping service apart from a standard P&L. Instead of handing you a spreadsheet and leaving you to figure out what it means, the Clarity Report tells you where you stand, how you grade against proven benchmarks, and what to focus on next.
What's inside every Clarity Report
Each monthly report includes a Simple Numbers scorecard with grades for pre-tax profit, labor efficiency (LER), salary cap, and core capital; a Profit First P&L model; the Four Forces of Cash Flow prioritization; break-even revenue and daily targets; and written commentary explaining what the numbers mean. Everything is delivered to a private, password-protected client dashboard.
Built on Simple Numbers
The Clarity Report uses Greg Crabtree's Simple Numbers framework as its analytical foundation. Standard bookkeeping doesn't surface any of these metrics. The Clarity Report does.
Who it's for
The Clarity Report is included with Ketchup's $300/month ongoing bookkeeping service. It's built for small business owners who want to understand their numbers — not just receive them.
See these numbers in your own monthly Clarity Report.
